We had a pleasant stay at ramada plaza. the rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities like a hot pot and coffee supplies. the food was tasty, and breakfast offered a good variety, especially for those who enjoy Indian cuisine. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience comfortable overall.

Booked an a double room with climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television. The hotel had favourable and best possible location just next door to the airport and Zirakpur and Chandigarh.

The hotel was super clean and well-decorated, creating a cozy vibe for us. The rooftop pool was fine, perfect for sunset views together. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a nice mix of Indian and European options – we definitely started our days off right!

Our experience wasn't all sunshine. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and we had long waits for room service and breakfast. Our room had some outdated features that clashed with the otherwise nice decor. The view from our window was a major letdown too, like really not what we expected for a getaway.

The addition of a luxurious bathtub made my evenings relaxing, and the amenities provided ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience.

I did notice a minor inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally slow.

The hotel, chosen by my director, exceeded my expectations in several ways. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The spacious rooms offered a perfect retreat after a long day, with comfortable furnishings that invited relaxation. One of my favorite features was the swimming pool, which provides uninterrupted views over the beautiful city of Chandigarh. It was a refreshing spot to unwind in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering an impressive variety of dishes that rival some of the best restaurants I've been to.

Some amenities were not well maintained.

I had an very nice experience at Ramada Plaza. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff made my stay nice. Everyone, from the valet to the reception, was respectful and friendly. A special shoutout to Bharti, who was warm and professional. The food was delicious, and I particularly appreciated the attentive service from Mukesh, Manoj, and Jyoti, who made dining a delight. It was the perfect spot for a calm and peaceful meal.

No complaints! 😊.
